Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & No-Show Policy Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled booking will receive a full refund or may be rescheduled at no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking start time are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount and are not eligible for a refund or credit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this allows us to provide the best care for all pets in our care.
