I'm Amanda, Your Awesome, Pawsome Dog Sitter!
I live in a nice quiet private road, just outside the village of South Mimms, in the beautiful South Hertfordshire Countryside, where there are lots of fields and woodlands offering lovely dog walks.
A Bit More About Me
I have always loved and had animals since childhood. I have owned many gorgeous furry cats, dogs, rabbits to name just a few. I have a deep affection for dogs and regularly dog sit a gorgeous little Cavapoo.
For several reasons I have decided not to own another dog but love looking after others. I am retired so can be very flexible, please check my diary for availability, which is kept up to date.
Dog guests in my care will always receive genuine love, affection and attention. However, due to the size of my house, it would be unfair to house large dogs as much as I love them too.
My husband is fully supportive of my business and often works from home and adores dogs (and all pets), just as much as me.
I am insured for public liability purposes but would require details of any pet insurance you may have, should the need arise to take them for treatment. If you have a VET you particularly prefer or are registered with, please let me have details at the time of booking.
I am happy to administer any oral medication if required and also have experience caring for senior dogs. I can provide daily exercise either to a set routine or ad-hoc.
Unfortunately, I cannot cater for non-house trained dogs, which tends to mean less than 1 year old.
